When you make a portrait, we keep the photo you send, the name you give it and your email. With them we keep what sent your visit, an ad or another site, and a price code if you had one.

We also keep the internet address your photo came from for 24 hours, so no one person can fill the free line, and then we delete it.

The photo is kept to make the portrait, and it is shown on the page we send you. That page is public to anyone who has its link, so you can share it; we do not list it anywhere else.

Your email is for the notices about your portrait: when it is in line, when the designer starts, when it is done. We never show it and never sell it.

The designer is an AI. It reads your photo and the name you gave to make the portrait, and nothing more.

Payments go through Stripe. We never see your card.

When you apply as an artist, we keep your name, phone, email and what you wrote, to write back to you.

dogs.glass counts its own visits and the steps of an order: a page opened, a photo sent, a portrait in line, being made and finished, a share, a tier paid for. Each count says which page and what sent the visit, an ad or another site, and never holds your name, your email or your photo.

Your browser keeps what that needs in its local storage: a random number for the visit, another for the browser, what sent the visit, and the pages of portraits you made here. Our own cookies remember the look and the currency you picked; a price code from a link or one you typed, for 30 days; the portraits you made in this browser, for a year, so Stripe's form has your email in it when you pay for one of them; and, for ten minutes after you pay, that you did, so your page can tell Meta once.

The Meta pixel measures our ads on Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta which pages were opened and the steps of an order, from a photo sent to a portrait paid for, with Meta's own cookies. With a photo sent or a payment, Meta also gets your email as a scrambled code it can match to an account, never the address itself, and your browser's network address. With a payment, your name, ZIP code and country go to Meta the same way, as scrambled codes.

To have your photo and your portrait deleted, write to hello@dogs.glass from the address you used, and we will delete them.
